Use PolicyKit instead of autosu where available

Description

Distros are starting to support PolicyKit and it would be wise to add support from autopackage to utilize this.

It needs to support the same features as autosu

  • Allow user to answer "I don't have password" to proceed with local installation
  • Allow us to add a help link answering the "Why am i asked for a password" question
  • Allow the backend to disable the "I don't have password" button (--root-only)

Getting these features into PolicyKit? sounds hard. Maybe the frontend should ask the user before prompting for the password? Something like this:

[ ] Only for me
