In the .desktop file "Manage 3rd party software" isn't translated.

Here is the content of the .destkop file: 

...
Icon=kpackage48
Name=Manage 3rd party software
StartupNotify=true
...

Name should be translated like the window title in the .glade file.

This is a dup of #60, which is now fixed in svn.
