Release 1.2.5 of Autopackage and associated tools.

Release Highlights:

• Breaking of GTK icon cache fixed. Tickets #31 and #39
• xauth issues on some systems fixed, especially on KDE4 where autosu would hang. Tickets #70 and #78
• Make '--prefix' work as argument to packages again. Ticket #65
• mkapspec can now read existing .apspec files. Ticket #18
• Allow packages to remove their own dependencies. Ticket #46
• Some minor 64bit fixes, such as ticket #33.
